How it works
From scattered listings to a short, finishable list.
- 01
Connect with Google
Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profiles. We request your basic Google identity and Business Profile access to read reviews and manage replies.
- 02
Every location, one inbox
Reviews from all your listings land in a single list you can search and filter by location, rating, and reply status.
- 03
Choose how to reply
Draft, edit, and approve replies yourself by default. Optionally authorize automatic replies to new positive reviews per location. Low-star replies still need your approval.
The human-approval rule
The AI writes the first draft. You write the last word.
A reply is your business speaking in public. Replies require your approval by default. You can opt in to automatic replies to new 4 and 5 star reviews per location; 1 to 3 star replies always need your guidance and approval.
Drafts in your tone
Warm, professional, or concise, plus a signature and house rules you set once.
Confirm before public
Posting shows the exact text, the location, and whether you are overwriting an earlier reply.
Help with review removals
Check potential Google policy violations, organize evidence, prepare report and appeal drafts, and track your cases with in-app reminders. You submit through Google’s official tools; Google decides removal.
Local Visibility guidance
An extra, read-only check of your Business Profile with suggestions to review. It never edits your listing, and no one can guarantee search rankings.
Numbers you can trust
Totals and averages come from Google. Anything based on partial data says so.

Questions owners ask first
Can you help remove negative Google reviews?
Yes. Area Reviews helps you check for potential Google policy violations, organize supporting facts, prepare report and appeal drafts, and track your case. You submit reports and any eligible appeals through Google’s official tools. A negative rating alone is not grounds for removal: Google makes the final decision, and removal is not guaranteed.
Will Area Reviews ever reply on my behalf?
Only if you turn it on. By default every reply is posted by you after a confirmation. You can opt in per location to let Area Reviews post AI replies to new 4 and 5 star reviews, and pause any time. 1 to 3 star reviews are never posted automatically; they stay drafts that you approve, guided by standing instructions you save.
Which businesses does it work for?
Businesses with Google Business Profiles they own or manage, across industries. Plans cover one location or up to 3, 8, or 25 selected locations; having more profiles in your Google account does not increase your paid allowance.
What is Local Visibility?
A read-only set of Google Business Profile checks and suggestions. It does not change your Google listing for you and does not guarantee rankings or traffic.
What does it cost?
Choose Single Location at $49.99 for one location, Multi-Location at $149.99 for up to 3 locations, Growth at $399.99 for up to 8 locations, or Enterprise at $999.99 for up to 25 locations, each in USD and billed every 30 days. There is no free trial and no setup fee; taxes or processor fees may apply and are shown at checkout.
Can I set up before paying?
Yes. You can sign in, run setup, and adjust settings without a plan. The inbox, overview, locations, and reports open once a subscription is active.
Is AI drafting unlimited?
No. During the pilot each workspace can request up to 120 AI drafts per hour. Writing and posting your own replies is not limited by this.
Who operates Area Reviews?
Area Reviews is operated by AREACLICKS, LLC in Illinois, United States. It is independent software, not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Contact help@areaclicks.com for support and privacy requests.
What happens to my data?
We fetch reviews from Google to provide the service and store workspace preferences, reply consent, and limited operational records. AI drafting sends the required review and business instructions to our AI provider. Optional automatic replies do this only at opted-in locations. We do not sell personal information. See the privacy policy for retention, service providers, and deletion options.
Official guidance: Google’s review reporting rules and Google’s local ranking guidance. Area Reviews does not control Google’s removal or ranking decisions.
